The Driven Project was founded in 2018 with the goal to provide ‘supercar therapy’ to children who are battling heavy life challenges. With the support of the Vancouver Police Dept, the Driven Project provides rides and parades with packs of supercars.
The goal is to take these special kids away from the problems they are facing, and give them an adrenaline-filled temporary escape.
There is something about cool cars that unites people of all ages - the way they look, sound, and feel to ride in. For many kids, it’s a special chance to experience the car on their bedroom wall and a memory they can treasure for life.
The Driven Project family is led by Kevin Gordon, a philanthropist who loves giving back to the community. His car is the lead for Driven Project, a Lamborghini Huracan Performante, currently sporting a Turquoise Blue finish.
I have been volunteering since the very beginning and witnessed the evolution of the team and this incredible project. I’ve learned to capture the emotions and special moments and realized the impact the photos had on the families. It has changed my life in such a positive way and I am very proud of the entire Driven Project team.
Enjoy these galleries below as they represent only a portion of the joy and emotion over the past 2 years.
